1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FundedTraderTools (“the Service”) at fundedtradertools.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FundedTraderTools provides free online calculators and tools for prop firm traders, along with an optional Pro trading journal subscription. The free tools are available without an account. The Pro journal requires registration and a paid subscription.
3. Not Financial Advice
All calculators, tools, guides, and content on FundedTraderTools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You should not make trading decisions based solely on results from our calculators.
Trading in financial markets, including through prop firms, carries significant risk of loss. Past results are not indicative of future performance. Always verify rules, limits, and conditions with your prop firm directly before trading.
4. User Accounts
To access the Pro journal, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fundedtradertools.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The Pro journal is offered as a monthly subscription at £4.99/month, billed via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or tools without permission
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Resell or commercialise access to the Service without our written consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, calculators, code, and branding on FundedTraderTools are owned by FundedTraderTools and protected by copyright. You may use the tools for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Google AdSense (advertising on free tools pages). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the calculators are error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results are accurate for your specific prop firm's rules. Always verify results independently.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedTraderTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, account breaches, or decisions made based on calculator results.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
